"early morning emergency appointment"

After suffering with an impacted wisdom tooth and being told by my own dentist that I needed my other molars removed to get to the wisdom tooth and he was just generally unhelpful - I decided to attend the emergency clinic as I was in so much pain with my wisdom tooth I arrived at 610 and was 1st in the que! But by 7 am there was at least 14 people there ! Anyway I was seen at 9am by a lovely dentist who sent me for an X-ray when the X-ray came back it was clear that they couldn't remove the wisdom tooth today as to how impacted it is I've got to wait for an appointment to have it removed which I have had my dentist send off today. But the dentist saw how upset and in pain I was she said she would ask for my tooth to be cleaned out. I was so nervous and upset at this point I was then seen by a lovely male doctor who looked so young and a brilliant dental nurse who both explained what they would do and how it would help the pain until my proper appointment with them. I was numbed up and the work carried in constantly making sure I was ok. He then explained that I didn't need my molars out just a root canal done at a dentist to the one molar I have never felt so at ease and comfortable with a dentist and dental nurse and sad I didn't get there names to thank them on here But all in all a brilliant service. Be prepared to wait a little but there so busy there and do a fantastic job ! I just hope my dentist hurries my refferal along now !
