"First time at A&E"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus)

After travelling from Rainham Essex with my mum. When we arrived at A&E and was welcomed by a lovely young man who was giving out questionnaires. Triage nurse was very quick, mum saw a nurse who gave her a eye test. We were told to take a seat in the waiting room to see a Doctor. The waiting time was quick between each clinician. After seeing a Nurse Practitioner who referred mum to a Doctor, everything about mum condition was explained exceptionally well and she was given a leaflet to read and follow the guide at home. A prescription was given and we were given the all clear to go home. We were also told to come back straight away if she has any more concerns. All staff were very welcoming. No complaints.

Thank you for taking the time to post this positive comment. I will make sure it's passed on to the A&E team.
