"Magnolia Centre - investigating a breast lump"

I came to the unit to have a breast lump investigated. On the first visit I saw a consultant and had an ultrasound, then had a second appointment for an ultrasound-guided needle biopsy the following week. On both visits, I was seen very promptly and treated with great professionalism. In particular, I was impressed and encouraged by the kindness, skill and care of the staff, whose respectful and supportive attitude towards me helped to keep the stressfulness of the day down to manageable proportions. A really excellent model of healthcare.
