"Correction to my review earlier todat"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I withdraw my complaint about non-delivery of my hospital notes to my GP. I now find that my regular GP was away and his locum (who saw me) had not opened the Queens Hospital letter addressed to my usual doctor by name - an understandable sitrustion.
