Response from Leicester General Hospital

Dear reviewer, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments with us. As you have posted anonymously, we can't pass your kind words onto the exact team who treated you, but we have instead passed this onto the Orthopaedic Service Managers so they can share this with everyone in the service! We are delighted that our team were caring and professional, putting you at ease for your first operation. Don't forget that you can nominate a member of staff, or the whole team, for a Caring at its Best award via our website www.leicestershospitals.nhs.uk/patients/nominate-a-member-of-our-staff-for-an-award/ It sounds like you are already on the mend, best wishes for the future, Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
