"Never been to RNOH but..."

I've never been to RNOH (so some of the star ratings I just had to fill in to keep the computer happy!). I have had recent dealings with RNOH on the telephone and by email and I would like to say that I was really amazed by how the staff handled me in such a friendly way and so professionally. I was treated with respect every time and as though I was the only person that they had to look after. For personal reasons we have had to go private for surgery, but otherwise I was looking forward to visiting RNOH because if the staff that I spoke with are anything to go by, it must be a very good hospital!
