"Poor service"

Appointment on 17th January with MSK Consultant , was pleased had an appointment within two weeks from seeing my GP, sadly it was down hill from then on. The MSK Consultant recommended physio treatment but she said as they had just lost the contract for this service she would have to refer me to the Stoneham Centre for treatment ! - I could have chosen this centre at the start had I known, I thought I was attending an NHS centre so why should I know or care about who is providing the service other than its NHS. Fareham Community Hospital is a lovely , clean, spacious centre with very pleasant reception staff , shame about the clinical let-down.
