"Heartlands Hospital should be very proud of their staff on ward 15"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My 5 week old baby boy was transferred over from Solihull hospital to ward 15 with a rash and a temperature.

When we first entered the ward we were met with smiling faces and made to feel very welcome. The nurses and doctors were very on the ball covering all areas and explaining everything to us helping to understand and feel at ease. Luckily our son was given the all clear and we could come home.

Heartlands Hospital should be very proud of their staff on ward 15.
