"Children's A&E"

I visited with my 11 year old daughter suffering abdominal pain. She was triaged immediately and seen by a doctor within 20 minutes of arrival. The doctor was wonderfully gentle with her and very clear in what he was saying. She was put on a trolley where she could wait comfortably. She was given pain relief and the nurse putting in a canular was extremely patient with a clearly nervous patient. All the staff were so kind and caring and my daughter felt safe and well looked after . I really can't praise them highly enough. My only gripe was having to wait an hour for one porter and half an hour for another one. Thank you for a fantastic service.
