Seen by receptionist immediately I arrived, then I saw three nurses and a doctor/surgeon all within an hour. I'm not sure why I needed to see three different nurses but the important thing was that I had Tests done, diagnosis made and was given time to ask questions. I arrived feeling concerned and stressed and left feeling reassured and knowing what to do next time. Well done.
