"A&E visit 6th March 2014"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

I visited the hospital following a fall on garden decking. I went quickly to the triage nurse and had my arm strapped up. I felt very nauseous and thought I was going to faint. The nurse called for assistance and I was taken by wheelchair to a quiet area to lie down. A lady was lovely and she gave me pain relief. I was then taken to X -Ray and was seen almost immediately Within 10 minutes I was seen by a nurse practitioners who was very kind and told me I had fractured my humerus. Although I felt awful and in a lot of pain the treatment and kindness of the staff at Queen Elizabeth was second to none A Big Thank you to All the Staff from the receptionist upwards.
