About: Heartlands Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

I have been treated at lots of hospitals and nobody had any answers. The unit at Heartlands did many tests discovered my problem and have since been managing my long term treatment. All of the staff are friendly and caring and always discuss treatment and how I have been. They even call me at home if I start new treatment. They are all very caring and are interested in me which puts me at my ease. I think the team offer an excellent service
