About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

dear sir I was admitted last May for a very serious and dangerous operation.i was admitted to ward 9,funnyily enough I was in bed 9.I was in nearly 3 weeks under the care of the consultant. And his team from the housemen to the junior doctors also the anaesthetics who kept a very close eye on me.Every night at least one or two docs came to check on me even early morn.I had a machine monitoring my heart beat called a Doppler ,it was what you called very annoying when you was trying to sleep. So all I want to do is to thank everyone for my superb care they. Took of me.From the nursing staff to the domestics, office staff who never get a mention HUD.One nurse who was on night turn for a special mention.I cannot thank the consultant and his team enough they were brilliant.I am still attending the hospital to this day I am having some new teeth being made and fitted up to 5 more appointments to go. Thanks to all ( John. D) op may 1st 2013) 7 March

Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS Choices / Patient Opinion website regarding your care on Ward 9. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought your medical care was of a high standard and that all the staff worked hard to ensure that your needs were met. I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to all of them. We hope that your continuing treatment is going well.
