"Excellent Service"

I attended the A+E service after a recommendation from an Optician. I walked in and while studying the signs was approached by a member of Staff or helper who immediately took charge and got us to the right place. After advising the desk we were seen initially within 5 minutes for an initial review and we were told to expect a wait of around 45 minutes. The second review was held in a private area by a very courteous and helpful man. A diagnosis was made , drugs were obtained from the pharmacy on site and we left around 90 minutes after a walk in arrival. I thought the service was excellent and was pleased to see that they were proudly displaying other very positive patient feedback . The staff should feel proud of this service.
