Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is very concerned to read of your daughter's experience and we sincerely apologise for the long waiting time and the distress this is causing. The Trust is working hard to seek to improve the experience of our oncology patients and your comments are important to us. It would be helpful to be able to investigate your daughter's experience and identify where improvemnets can be made. To facilitate this please contact our PALS service pals@imperial.nhs.uk
