About: Pinderfields General Hospital

I was referred by my GP and was treated the same day by the Doctor, I was given a follow up appointment for the week after, unfortunately the first treatment didn't cure the problem (I was informed of this, as they took the least invasive option). The Doctor had to carry out further treatment, again this was done same day. Check up booked for 3 days later and now hopefully, fingers crossed, all is ok. The 2 Doctors that dealt with my issue were fantastic, I cannot thank them enough for the way in which I was treated, professional, courteous and sympathetic at all times. I appreciate that resources are stretched to the limits, we keep reading of the crisis within the NHS, but this wasn't made visible to me, nor did it affect the standard of care which I was afforded. Huge 'thank you' to the Doctor's!
