Early evening on Friday 28th February I visited, with my wife, and 20 month old son Toby - who had cut his forehead open. We were on our way home 2.5 hours later. I would like you to pass my thanks on to the A&E department, at Southend, in particular the nurse who assessed Toby, and the Consultant who treated him. Both were really well presented, really friendly and reassuring.
