What I liked
I had a laparoscopy at The Arthur Levin DC. The anaesthetist was fantastic as I was petrified that I wouldn't wake up. As soon as I met him I started to cry and he was so professional and caring I felt really reassured. He told me he promise me I'd wake up and be fine, then when I came round he was there to say 'I told you so!' Hee Hee.
Fabulous service and care from the nurses.
What could be improved
Unfortunately the assistant surgeon fed back the details of what had happened in the op almost as soon as I woke up and I was still woozey from the anaesthatic and unable to take it all in.
Anything else?
I wrote a letter to the Day Surgery to thank them. I'm now 4 weeks pregnant, the laparoscopy which was for infertility investigation obviously gave everything a 'kick start.' I won't hesitate to have my baby at this hospital.
