"I find it hard to accept that the taxi phone is not working"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

In this world of superfast technology and all the fancy state of the art new equipment that this hospital has (them robot things, etc, etc) I find it hard to accept that the taxi phone is not working.

Also, when I asked the woman at the desk why it was not working, she did not know, thus if I was needing to phone a taxi I could not.

Thanks for letting us know that the taxi phone is not working, apologies that this has been the case. I have directed your posting to appropriate department so that we can get the phone sorted.
