Very good consultation and procedure at the Keyworth Health Centre - plenty of explanation and info provided.
The only minor point for improvement would be signposting/directions: the appointment info did not make it clear which reception desk to report to - so, inevitably, people were queuing at the wrong desk and having to be redirected.
