What I liked

I recieved exellent care after my recent operation and am very grateful to all the staff of ward 11B.They were all very cheerful and could not do enough for me.

What could be improved

Length of time it took for my tablets to reach the ward on my discharge day.[although it was a Saturday]

Thanks for letting us know about your good experience of the care you received while at the Lister hospital recently. We have passed your feedback to the team on ward 11B in particular.

With regard to patients’ drugs being ready when a patient is being discharged, this can pose problems that in turn can mean some patients have to wait longer to be discharged formally than we would like. It’s an issue of which we are aware, as well as working hard to resolve.
