What I liked

I am very impressed by the care I am receiving at the anti coagulation clinic at Lister Hospital. I feel cared for. I receive calls from the nurses if I miss appointments and was given advice when I was travelling abroad. The nurses always listened to me patiently and were fantastic. My husband whent to the A and E and he felt the same. I am really impressed with Lister hospital. I was living in another area of the country and was never impressed with the hospital I went to before. But Lister is the best.

What could be improved

Continue with what they are doing.
