What I liked

The staff on Argyll ward were exceptional. I stayed 4 weeks there and I could not find fault. They were friendly, approachable and always gave me time. I could also say the same for my consultant their team. I felt exceptionally safe in their hands and confident of decisions made. When I had to stay on TCW at a later stage again it was very good. So much experience and expertise within the staff, comes at the very time in which you need them.

What could be improved

The lack of staff and beds available on NICU which meant my daughter had to be sent to a different hospital for 17 days until they were able to accomodate her
