"I will still have times when I feel down, but I have the strength to deal with it"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

For me it was life changing. My mind was so set in a negative frame. The treatment opened my mind.

I know that it is down to me to follow through the therapy, and I will still have times when I feel down, but I have the strength to deal with it.

My counsellor, Ian, was great. He made me feel totally at ease.

Thank you so much.
