What I liked

I visited a relative today and want to compliment all the staff I encountered at rochdale hospital. Every member of staff I dealt with (cafe worker, security guard, ward staff), were polite, caring and friendly. I have visited Halifax General hospital and Burnley General Hospital recently and the staff at Rochdale were the best by far, people usually only take time to complain about poor treatment and I feel it is as important to mention the times when you are treated well. Thank you to all the staff I dealt with, you made a difficult visit better with your professional, caring manner.
