(as a relative),

My mum died in Keppel Ward 6 months ago. The staff, with the notable exception of one person, seemed totally disinterested in my mum and the other elderly people who were unfortunate enough to be placed on this ward. The staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful to our most vulnerable members of society. I can't count the times I heard them shouting for a nurse, to be met by sighs and raised eyebrows before they were attended to.
