"GOOD STAFF"

I visited this hospital yesterday, after an earlier visit to another hospital. St Helens staff helpfulness was far superior to that of the hospital visited earlier in the day. We were kept waiting but were offered a drink made by staff themselves. They were all cheerful and friendly. I had come for a review of earlier treatment to my thumb and mentioned a foot problem I have been having for 11 months to the Nurse and she is going to get a referral for me. I have been suffering from foot pain since last May and the other hospital have not offered me any other treatment only physio after 11 months of pain. Even though it is further for me to travel I would choose St. Helens in future.
