"Very poor services"

Waited in ae for two hours with a broken anchel then when they decided to X-ray they told me the X-ray person has left early without telling anyone and there's nothing we can do you have to go Barnet and wait again and when I asked all 3 staff there for the persons name so I can put a complaint in because he decided upon his self to finsh 30 min early and they all said we don't know it, I wouldn't even take a ill stray cat there they really don't care
