Before I come to Rampton, I was so unsettled, didn’t talk to anyone as no one give me the time of day. I guess I was just on self destruct but since I’ve come to Rampton things have changed I’ve been here just under 4 months but people can already see a difference in me I can see one in myself. When I first come here I was still unsettled and fighting but from all my seclusions I found out that the staff here are the best I’ve ever come across. They are there for you on good days and they still stick by you when things are tough, they never give up. They give you all the time that you deserve. before I came here I didn’t believe that I could change, but in the short space of time that I’ve been here, their helping me to believe in myself, their helping me to understand that im not a bad person, their just great support

I think that if I didn’t of come here I wouldn’t be here today. their slowly helping me turn my life around and I really appreciate everything they have done and are doing for me,
