"Could not have asked for better treatment but poor signage"

Very good service received from start to finish. Staff were very kind and professional.

Could not have asked for better treatment.

However, the directions to find the endoscopy unit (sent prior to admittance) stated we should go to the Wendover wing. This was not marked on the floor plan of the hospital once we arrived, and we had to ask for directions. This is was the only downside to the whole treatment experience.

We are really sorry to read about your difficulties with the directions within the hospital though. Based on patient and visitor feedback we are currently making improvements to the signage around the hospital, and we will make sure your comments are fed back to the team.
