"Treasure in the heart of London St Charles..."

I can honestly say that I have had a very eye opening experience comparing hospital Urgent Care Units in the past three months and St Charles Hospital Urgent Care Unit definitely gets my thumbs up. I could definitely see the difference in the way they treat the patients they still have the old fashion way of supporting junior nurses and making sure that the patient knows what will be done to them. I have been an outpatient for the past month and every morning I have my regular wound dressing but until to date they will still explain which is such a refreshing thing because even if the change to a different plaster the will tell me. That is what care is all about - Well done St Charles Hospital Urgent Care unit!!!
