Your telephone opperators are excellent - the automatic answerphone message needs changing to Gateshead Hospitals as it says QE Hospital when your on hold befor putting you through to an opperator. once one is free.

Thank you for your feedback. We've spoken to out telecommunications team who advise us that staff should be welcoming patients on the phone with Gateshead Hospitals. We've now sent operators a reminder to use this greeting, so hopefully this should be a little clearer the next time you call.
