About: Salisbury District Hospital

On the 3rd of march 2014 about 5:30pm until 1:30am, after requesting to see the consultant due to the mess of my notes, he turned out to be one of the best doctors I have ever seen in the A&E department. I would like to say a massive thank you to that consultant he was very helpful and polite at all times. This dr was great and looked after me 100%. So thank you for everything Corinne Whitlock

Thank you for your comment about our A&E Department and the care you received from the consultant. We will of course share your comment with staff within the department and also see what needs to be done regarding the standard of your notes. In the meantime, thank you again for your comment and I hope that you are now recovering well from your fall.
