"Why have I been fined for parking in a disabled bay with a blue badge? "

About: Royal Free Hospital / General surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

I went to visit my daughter in hospital at 19: 45 on tues evening as she had a operation. I parked in a disable bay. Luckily I found one as it's an absolute nightmare for parking anywhere in hospital grounds.

Two weeks later I get a ticket through the post for £100. Some private firm are operating the car parks now but I got a blue badge and parked in a disabled bay for 51 mins. Why am I getting fined for this? It seems corrupt to me.
