(as the patient),

I think the hospital and what it has to offer is absolutely brilliant.

I have experienced a few problems with a few staff members. Sometimes I think they haven’t got people skills, which has contributed to my anxieties.

The hospital is a nice clean environment.

I am glad to hear on the whole that you consider the hospital to be brilliant, however I am concerned that you feel staff lack people skills. I would strongly urge you to speak to a nurse, team leader, ward manager or matron and express what difficultuies you are having. Alternativly you can speak to the advocates to raise the issue on you behalf. I am sure that any issues can be resolved, please speak to someone so we can help with this matter.

Finally thank you for the comments about the clean environment, our hotel services department work very hard along side nursing staff to ensure the environment remains clean.
