"Northern General - great care in A&E"

I recently attended A&E with a painful ankle, due to falling at work. I saw the receptionist in A&E whom redirected me to the minor injuries department. There was only a few other patients there so I was seen near enough straight away. I had an X-Ray, and seen again by the doctor, whom said nothing broken, just a sprained ankle and explained the best ways to repair this.

My views on my experience that day, was the staff was polite and friendly. I was seen very quickly. I was very pleased with the service which was provided to me, I praise the staff, which I believe can have a very difficult and stressful time at work with some patients. I would like to say the phrase 'I take my hat off to them', cause there is no way I could do the job, for any amount of money.
