I had an appointment to attend the E.N.T at Doncaster Royal Infirmary to see a consultant, but it was cancelled (for the second time). After ringing them and letting them know I wasn't best pleased, I got an appointment for the week after. I had been having problems with my ears for the past 3 months. At the appointment, the consultant quickly looked in my ears and down my throat and said there was nothing wrong! Why then am I getting pain?!
I can honestly say that I'm not happy with the way I was treat. The only person who gave me a smile at the hospital was the receptionist. In my opinion, the medical staff couldn't be bothered - they just wanted to get you in and out as soon as possible so as to meet their targets.
I would not choose to go to DRI again.
