My niece was admitted to QMC on 28th February, via a 999 call to EMAS The entire team -first responder, paramedic, ambulance crew, trauma team and staff at A+E were absolutely superb, and dealt with her quickly, calmly and professionally, for which I will be forever grateful. The doctor was outstanding, and kept us informed throughout her assessment and treatment, inspiring complete confidence in the team's ability to give her the best care possible A huge thanks to all concerned on the night, and those who continue to give her ongoing care

Thank you so much for your kind words. We will share your message of thanks with all the staff in our Emergency Department (ED). They will be glad to read them, as will our colleagues in East Midlands Ambulance Service. It is wonderful to hear such high praise for all our colleagues in ED and in emergency medicine for the care they gave to your niece.
