"My Hospital Experiance"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

I was admitted by ambulance straight into surgery for emergency treatment after a heart attack at my doctors at the end of May 2013. the treatment and encouragement i received from the surgeon and his team was fantastic . I was on icu ward 2 where the nursing staff took very good care of me , nothing was to much trouble . I would like to say thank you very much for giving me another chance with life as without your care i wouldn't be here today .
