"Xray - disguisting. So rude, need training on..."

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital

I cannot believe what an appaling time I have had today taking my sister to Xray who has learning disabilities - I was spoken to like a child and it did not help the anxiety of my disabled sister. I could not find a complaints leaflet anywhere in the hospital - we were there 2 hours... I thought part of CQC recommendations were that leaflets should be available throughout the hospital for patients. I asked a lovely volunteer who was very helpful but the nearest was A&E - and I wasn't upsetting my sister dragging her back into the hospital after 2 pointless hours. I intend to contact PALS in the morning. it has really let DDH down!!
