I have just returned from Worcester Royal Hospital where my elderly father had to have a M R I scan and found the "Gentleman" in charge very abrupt and ignorant. I found his attitude quite upsetting for outpatients who are worried and ill. Another old man there at the same time commented to me on his attitude as this person was upset he could not stay with his wife. I would like to say how different the experience was from the kindness shown at Kidderminster hospital where everyone is most helpful and caring.
