(as the patient),

I must say how much I appreciated the sensitive treatment and assistance given to me by the excellent staff during tests undertaken within the Cardiology department, NGH. On the day in question they were short staffed but my 2 tests went ahead with the slightest delay. May I also thank Northamton General staff for the quick and senstive follow up at Outpatients just one week later. During the 25 years I have lived in Northampton I have received nothing but the very best service from Northampton and hope it will continue.
