"Excellent experience"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

Attended immunology out patients, as I am disabled I appreciate the fact tha there is no car park charge for blue badge holders and I could park near and easily. Immunology is situated in the oncology building which is modern bright and welcoming, reception was welcoming and the wait was reasonable. The dr I saw was very welcoming, explained my test results in great detail and gave me plenty of time to ask questions, she was very helpful and ensured I understood what was indicated and what further treatment and further tests were required, simply an excellent patient experience. Blood tests were undertaken quickly and I had very little wait at the dispensary. I observed on a number of occassions that nursing staff welcomed familiar faces and took care of individuals I assumed needed support. Some of my best experiences of the NHS has been at Castle Hill Hospital, I cannot recommend it enough.
