On 25/02/2014 received Stereotactic Radiosurgery for a 'Avm'. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who treated & looked after me they were all brilliant. A special thanks to one member of staff, who made laugh & feel very relaxed from the time he collected me from the ward till the time he returned me to N2 ward. Thank you and well done everyone.
