"The whole experience was marvellous"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I didn’t realise I was feeling so low. A friend recommended Inclusion Matters so I went to my GP and explained I didn’t want any “pills” but this treatment could help.

He referred me and soon after I had a telephone consultation. Then 2 weeks later an appointment with therapist at Rocky Lane Medical Centre.

She was fantastic the outcome being I can change some things and some things I have learnt to tolerate.

The whole experience was marvellous. Thank you.

Dear Cold711

I am pleased that you have had such a positive experience from our service. Being able to make changes in our lives, as well as accepting the things that we can't change can really help us feel differently. I am glad you were seen by your therapist quickly at a time when you really needed the help.

I wish you all the best for the future.

Tracey
