About: New Cross Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I found my recent health care experience was thorough and was explained to me in detail.

Dr Feather referred me to see a cardiac doctor. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment, I was seen in mid-January.

I have a murmur on my heart. It isn’t serious but I will be having a scan to see what is happening to my heart and for the doctor to decide on the treatment.

I had to go to Wolverhampton, New Cross, which I did feel was out of the way. My husband took me by car, so it wasn’t too bad.

I found I was treated with care and didn’t have to wait too long. Overall I was fairly treated.
