My mother was rushed rush into your hospital.

I live in Switzerland. I tried to phone my mother's mobile but as she is 88 she couldn't hear me. I phoned the hospital for news about my mother, I just spend 10 frustrating minutes listening to the phone ringing each time I tried to reach her.

I really think you could do better. I still have no news of my mother's condition.
