Unfortunately yet again another visit to the EPU due to pregnancy issues. Staff who are on the ward are extremely good at dealing with such upsetting circumstances including supporting my partner. One word of advice, you're "waiting room" after a scan/examination (the tiny one where you can leave into the corridor rather than go back into the ward) is horrendous, it is like being kept in a holding room whilst you wait for bad news then "ejected" out the side door into a corridor. This is though no fault of the staff. This is just bad design and if I have to come again I will not be going in there, not only it is there a window in the door it's so small and claustrophobic. I don't recommend you continue to use!, Once again thank you to all the fantastic ward staff and also for being so supportive over the phone as I have a 50 minute drive to the unit, you have all been able to support this aspect of my care needs as well..
