"Minor injurys / ross tilley ward"

Dear Bruce Thank you for your positive feedback - our staff always appreciate when compliments on their patient care come through, so we will ensure this is passed onto them as well. We are currently looking at an alternative arrangements on where to discharge patients. Although the day room is not the ideal location there is limited space and any conversations currently held in this area should be done so on a confidential basis with only the patient and the discharging nurse being in the room.
