"Minor injurys / ross tilley ward"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

I would like to convey my deepest thank's to all minor injury's & Ross Tilley staff, You all have made my recent visit to Q V hospital the must comfortable that i have ever had, You guys do a fantastic job, nothing is too much trouble for any of you, i respect that, The only thing i will comment on is your Dinning room / discharge room, I feel this is not a ideal place to talk about medication and Care follow up advice At the time of discharge, This should be a in a private room out of hear-shoot of other patience's, Kind Regards Bruce

Dear Bruce Thank you for your positive feedback - our staff always appreciate when compliments on their patient care come through, so we will ensure this is passed onto them as well. We are currently looking at an alternative arrangements on where to discharge patients. Although the day room is not the ideal location there is limited space and any conversations currently held in this area should be done so on a confidential basis with only the patient and the discharging nurse being in the room. The Matron for this area has discussed and reiterated this particular issue regarding privacy with the nursing team at a recent ward meeting. Kind regards, Nicolle Tadman, Patient Experience Manager
