"Treatment following diagnosis with Hemochromatosis"

I cannot praise the hospital enough, my treatment following my diagnosis has been outstanding. My haematologist is an understanding and very caring doctor who understood my symptoms and what I am going through and started my treatment within a week of seeing her. The staff in the St Marys day ward are all fantastic caring people and deserve special mention as they treat you as an individual and greet you like an old friend, they really can’t do enough for you. There is a member of staff who is a real character who makes going for my weekly treatment a much more endurable experience. I also had to go for a heart scan as part of my treatment and arrived early, I had only just sat down and expected a long wail when Lilyanya called me through, I was only in the hospital for 45 minutes it doesn’t get better than that.
